Hotel was central to all the tourist sites. Very easy check in and warm welcome. Room very clean and bed really comfortable. Excellent large smart TV where we were able to screen from our mobiles. Litre bottle of water every day and coffee pod machine.

The property is tucked away in a street that is not too busy and loud but is very walkable to places of interests. The moving bust of Franz Kafka is 2 min walk from the hotel. The room with 2 single beds is roomy enough. The bathroom is clean and complete with bathing amenities. The room is provided with bottled water and a Nespresso coffee and tea maker. The free breakfast provided is sumptuous with lots of options. We really enjoyed it.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Tram stop and metro station just around the corner. The hotel is very quiet, we slept really well for 4 nights. The breakfast was really good and there were many different options. The coffee was also delicious. An additional plus was the 1L bottle of water provided in the room daily, and a bottle of sparkling wine upon arrival was a nice touch. The air conditioning was efficient and worked well.

What a great stay. Staff are very helpful. The hotel is in a great location to visit the city with the main square about a 15-20 minute walk. Restruarants near by for evening meals. Public transport is great in Prague. Although we did not use it; most things within walking distance; the metro/trams are very close to the hotel. Finally great nights sleep & breakfast. Would use the hotel again!

Location excellent. Express check in and check out. Friendly staff, reception, cleaners, breakfast staff all very nice and helpful. Breakfast: reasonable selection, but can be very crowded and difficult to find a table Didn't use the fitness room, but well equipped, however very small room.

I thought the location was perfect, the staff were friendly and our rooms was great with air conditioning and a fridge to keep drinks cool There was a great selection of foods for breakfast also for vegetarians and vegans

Great location. Great reception staff. Breakfast was really good, and it's usually included in the room rate. Room itself felt a little musty. I think the AC filters also need to be checked. Sheets and pillow covers seemed slightly worn out but clean. Wouldn't recommend for older folk or anyone with back and mobility issues due to the way the bath tub+ shower is placed. Perhaps something to do with the height and positioning of the tub but not sure(my height is 5ft 9 inches for reference). Seemed quite risky getting in and out of it.. I'm not sure if this is the case with all rooms, though. We stayed in a base level room. Other than that, we had an overall good experience.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and tidy. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was perfect; great selection and delicious. The location of the hotel was great for exploring the city.
